Thank you for shopping at AAA Electronics. We work with trusted suppliers to deliver quality electronics directly to your door.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship to the following regions with estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and other EU countries): 10-20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
- Asia (Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore): 10-18 business days
- Other International: 15-30 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD to the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges that may apply. These fees are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in our shipping costs. Delivery times do not include customs clearance, which can add additional days to your delivery.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at tdub1234598@gmail.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building management first. For lost or damaged shipments, contact us at tdub1234598@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
